AM POSTING THIS TO WARN EVERYONE:
well basically last year, almost a year ago to be exact (R _ _ D_ V_ _ _) bought a media player for me (popcorn hour + external memory). I saw he had one and he offered to help me buy a similar item. we had been friends since 1998 in college.
my dad saw the media player so i wanted to buy for my dad as a present. i ordered a lot from R _ _ coz he said he could get it at a nice price.
since the first assist he did turned out well and since we would always see each other and hang out a lot i trusted him. i paid him 2 times for the items. downpayment and the remaining balance.
after i fully paid, then he kept delaying . he said next week, he said it got damaged, he said it had to be repaired etc. then his dad got sick etc .... months later he was gone so obviously he did something with the money. he went inccommunicado.
everyone from college who we knew tried to contact him; until Lemuel another friend if ours told him i was looking for him, R _ _ called then apologized and promptly hid again.
months later i contacted other billiards players and someone got to him, he apologized to me again and said he would fix it. i wanted to fix the problem so i gave him another chance. i asked him if he could give me collateral, like a tv set, his media player set or something so at least i had something until he returns the money. he said he'll check what he can give me for the meantime then as usual, vanished again. that was it. my 130k+ pesos or around $ 25000 was gone. this last contact was just more than a month ago.
im filing a case next week so please warn everyone. if he is not a member of this forum anymore, i am posting a bulletin here detailing the case, just to serve as a warning to everyone else who has a pending transaction with him.
This post is meant to warn anyone to avoid or cancel any transaction with him. i believe that when the court summons get to him, he will run and hide from everyone and people might be left holding empty bags. i intend to pursue this case until his debts are satisfied. if there are those who doubt my credibility, put yourself in my shoes, HE HAS ALREADY SCAMMED me.
if you want to wait to believe, ill post the complaint once it is finalized and received by the courts.
i would always hope for an out of court solution to this problem, but it seems impossible as of the moment.

im willing to spend more than what you owe me to get you for what you did.
