was just editing my signature when i noticed i had a bunch of messages with reps ... how do i know when someone sends me a rep / message ?

thanks everyone for their reps and comments and sorry i did not see them earlier :o

i just check mine every once in a while
 
On the left hand side of your screen is the /user cp/ click on that and you can see a short list of reppers. You can also see your message list on that same page. I will send rep your way and you can see it on the list.;)

Also of note is the User CP function only shows you the LAST 5 most recent reps given. How did you go thru life with over 700 posts and not know this? My goodness, life on AZ without rep is like life on earth without sex. ;) Happy Chinese Oxen New Year back to you Kam!

They are ALWAYS there for you to read!!

It's true the USER CP will show the last 5, but you can go to any one of your posts and click on the "rep" button. If that post has a rep comment, it will show it there ALWAYS!!.

i just never noticed ... no idea how that happened.. but it did ...:o

oh... another new piece of info .. but there is no way to know which post was given a rep ? i mean, i can't go back over 700+ posts looking for reps.... but it would be a pity never to have read what others commented when they left their rep points ...

strange system ...

I didn't know that so I just tried that. I went to a post of mine that had rep associated with it. Interesting thing is, in that place, it showed only the comment and not who left it.
