Hi, does anyone know where or how to get a replacement embossed foil labels for the older Palmer models? I have a first catalog model 10 that is missing the label and would love to find someone who can either make new ones or of any way to get the old one replaced. Thanks, an ideas?

palmer labels?

i would get in contact with paul rubino and see if he could help. i believe he had some pieces from palmer's closing inventory. certainly ryan/ratcues at mueller's may be able to do the job as well.

I had a Palmer from the 70's and I took the foil out and replaced it with a $20 dollar bill. The little bit I cut out didn't affect the bill either. I cashed it at a bank with no problem.

When I sold the cue a couple of years ago, the buy inquired about the foil, which had my name on it, and I told him I would include the foil in the package when I shipped it.

The cue, by the way, sold for a lot more that I thought it might.

I had no reserve with a beginning price of around $50 or so and the thing sold for something over $1700.00 plus shipping if memory serves.

Tate, the Palmer collector, I believe has some that he has made available in the past.

Thank you to all of you guys, your responses were very helpful and have pointed me in the right direction. I spoke with Paul Rubino and he indeed has some of the half inch original foil labels but not any more of the one inch
Thanks again
