What do you want to put back on it?
My friend, and fellow PBIA instructor Lance Cowles does an excellent job putting stacked leather on Predator (or any other brand) cues. He can also dye it to match almost any color. Maybe he will see this thread and post some pictures of his excellent work! He posts here as Bossman69, and on FB at Cuesports of Battle Creek.

Make tape outline of where you want it.
Spray on and then pull tape off (Painters Tape would work) while still wet.
Let dry and you are ready to go. Might take a couple of coats so you'll have to make new tape outline and repeat process.
You could always send it back to predator and get the wrapped replaced with the same material. Pretty sure the seyberts team does the wrap work. This is of course assuming you liked the rubber grip.
I've changed my Predator Sport butt's rubber grip to a linen wrap. I've done leather too. But the groove are normally deeper than the regular linen ones. But a cuemaker/repair guy could easily use a thicker leather or add some padding below to make it flush with the cue.
It's this cue: http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=454276
