Harris cue sold payment pending, bacote with leather wrap, has 2 shafts one shaft test hit and other unchalked.... it weights 19 oz. Both the shafts have triangle tips on them... both roll perfectly straight.

If you start a raffle and people have bought or called for spots... I think you should finish what you start! It's one thing if someone wan't to "buy" a bunch of spots, but you shouldn't cancel the raffle after people have responded IMO it's not much different that selling to one buyer then re-selling to someone else for a little more money... bad form

As long as no money has been sent, I see no problem. Nobody is out anything. Now if a payment has been sent on the raffle, that's a whole new game.

My previous post was made based on people having already "paid" for spots. not sure if that happened before the raffle was canceled. If not I agree with you, no real harm done other than crushing the hope of those that claimed spots

It looks like at least 15 spots were claimed (paid or not) Usually a raffle is canceled because of a lack of interest... not the other way around.

In the near future I am going to run a raffle for a high end cue that will be in the fair market price range. Look for it and I expect those who complain ( and i say they have a right to) to participate in this raffle.
