Chudy-

My First Custom was a cue by Rick. I live about 5 miles from him so I got to spend some time with him, got to see his shop, etc. He is a true artist. Although I could only afford his entry level cue (around $2K) it is a well made, great hitting cue. In fact, all of his cues hit great, as the construction is the essentially the same regardless of the designs on the outside. I have had this 6-pointer since 2003:

very nice piece!!! his cues have had a incredible asian market, and now the us is catching on!i

I don't think I have seen one Chudy that I dislike. How do his cues play?

Rick uses a fairly stiff shaft taper, flat-faced wood to wood. Stiff but with feel. Good control. I have hit with a number of his cues and they are very consistent.

Beautiful cue... what's the story on the forearm and butt base wood, is that like all natural? Amazing wood. Thanks

I just bought a very nice RC-3 from Bill. I think the name of the design is the "Cavalier". Is this correct Bill?

Not only does Bill have nice stuff...quite frankly I have never dealt with a more honest and upfront guy.

As far as the playability of Mr. Chudy's goes...I am an instant fan. I have played with a lot of the big name cuemakers stuff, and his is right there with them.

Very quiet and very easy to control.
