That is the problem. Some people are book smart asses and have never done the work, but they can tell you how to. Experience it first hand and do it!

Ron, I've been covering tables since 1976 and reading since Kindergarden. What's your issue again?

I do not care how long anybody has been recovering tables. I have asked you questions in pm,s and never got an answer. There is a question that Glan asked ,and you still have not answered that. As fas as an issue. I do not have an issue. I fix others problems. Anybody can recover a table. How about fixing it properly then recovering it and keeping that account for years, to come. Now that is an issue, for others.

I wont share that particular bit of information on a public forum but there are lots of good glues that you can use. If you arent sure try some of the popular stuff....Barge, Weldwood, Hybond, Formica brand contact cement, 3M (lots of good ones) or most any garden variety solvent based contact cement. Be sure to sand the mold release off of the back of the rubber until you see fibers when held to the light. You can also try "white glue" if you dont already have a coating of glue on the wood liner. Good luck, glad to help out.

Not interested in this answer, as I already know what the best contact cement is on the market, I was just wondering what kind of glue YOU use, as I've had to reglue some of the penguin rails bought by bar owners, because they came apart from the sub-rails right in the box they were shipped in, before they were even recovered and installed on the tables, I was wondering if I could help YOU some with advice on the glue I use on the rails I build, as I don't ever have that problem:wink:

On The Level has dealt with Penquinamusements.com and found their products excellent with no problems and outstanding service.
 
Anyone else sick of the bickering and still curious if the Ridge Back rails are made to fit Shelti tables? LOL

Not as of yet, there isn't as many Shelti tables around as there is Valley, Dynamo, and Globals.

Someone could have changed the laminate on the Valley you're talking about, as I've done many times in the past:D
