Ridgeback Rails- Great Service

Gday everyone.

Its not often you can get American pool products sent to the otherside of the world cheaply, though ive just installed Professional Ridgeback rails on my Dynamo and am pretty happy with the whole process.

Kerry from Ridgeback took me through the whole process of working out what rails were the right ones for my table. Would suck to get them out to Australia to find they dont fit. He even refunded me more than his original quote which is pretty uncommon in my experience.

Really appreciate the effort he went to with my special order. The rails are top notch. Brutal to play on, but thats what i need to get better.

I've bought 4 or 5 sets and Kerry always gave me top shelf service and all the rail sets were perfect. When I had the all six pockets 4", that table was the hardest BB I ever played on. Johnnyt

My first standard Ridgebacks for my old Valley were a bit less than 4 1/2". Two balls could not push into them. Johnnyt

I shipped Ken my old Global rails and he shipped me back new Ridgeback rails that fit perfectly on my Global bar box. The difference in play was like night and day. This was about two years ago and the table is still playing great. Great rails at a good price.

Put Ridgebacks on your Valley and you won't be making the poor hit balls a half diamond from the pocket. In fact you won't believe you're playing on the same Valley or other BB. Johnnyt
