Bought and paid for the rug by Paypal ( forgot to use my credit card as a backup since this guy looked so good on both here and paypal ).

Still haven't recieved rug .

Filed non-reciept with Paypal, decided in my favor after no response from seller, no funds in his account to refund me.

If anyone knows how to contact him please pm me with the info so that we can get this cleared up.

Matt, I am sorry to hear about your deal. I hope it will work out for you.

Maybe AZ should take a look at making their members become -Verified- in order to get a screen name.This way if their are any problems at least it would be easier to get in touch with the person.
I know a lot of AZ'rs ,I get to speak with think it is a good idea.

Verification would be nice but I don't think we'll see it anytime soon.

For now I'm chalking it up to a lesson learned. Shoulda used my Amex so I could do a chargeback ......$400 lesson learned ...Cheap as lessons go I guess.:(

he was selling older mcdermotts new. he e-mailed once. I got ripped off the first time on e-bay, I don't like there program,always use bank card. There should be a way to disclose sellers and buyers verification. Or only deal with guys like koinnkid and others who the azers know. this just sends me over the edge. mark

last and only thing I ever stole was a pack of lifesavers when I was 8-9 because my Mother wouldnt/couldnt buy them!! my Mom whipped me in the parking lot then took me into the store and ''MADE'' the manager whip me in front of everyone he was crying as much as me and I can guarantee I learned my lesson!he's an older gent now and everytime we see each other he still asks if Ive took anything

You are right, it is definitely made in favor of the seller...however if you pay with your CC, then they will fight on your behalf. Get a citibank card, they have the best buyer protection in the business.

I am currently fighting two cases right now, I bought a set of headphones for Christmas and just found out they are a knockoff replica copy and also a seller of sports memorabilia that is just selling crap as well.

ALWAYS USE YOUR CC and NEVER KEEP MONEY IN PAYPAL EITHER!

PayPal is useless and I won't do business with anyone that refuses other methods of payment. As far as I'm concerned, the fact that they insist on using PayPal is a sign of bad things to come, regardless of their "reputation".
 
I have had good experiances with Paypal up until now(40 or so transactions). He was also a verified member with 100 plus transactions there just isn't any money in his account to refund me but the account has been suspended until he pays. Paypal basically is just a service to make transactions happen a little faster than regular mail or money orders. I always am leery of doing busisness with people I don't know. I just let my guard down and forgot to use Amex instead of my bank account. My bad.

Still hopeing that one of the AZ 'ers that left him positive feedback might have an address or phone number around from one of their transactions.

I show Eric Shane Kruger listed in Jail on 5 counts with No Bond in El Paso County Colorado. Colorado Springs.

He probably wasn't able to ship your rug from jail.

I live about 50-miles from Colorado Springs, and get down there at least twice a month. If we can track the guy down I would be willing to pick up the rug for you.

Do you want me to try and call him?

Since he is in jail, the only way I can help is to go to Colorado Springs, get myself thrown in jail, locate Eric Shane Kruger, find out where the rug is, and call you with my one phone call.
 
Thank you this info will hopefully be a big help. I will contact the sherriff and see if we can add my case to the charges he is already answering too.
