I attended the River City Open in Peoria Ill this weekend and Thought it was one of the best tournaments that I have been to in a long time. I think this tournament is going to do nothing but get bigger and better. With tournaments like the Derby being pissed away it is nice to know we have some coming up in the sport. Players and vendors need to look at this tournament next year. It is going to be a great one. Butterflycues

I'm sorry, did you say the Derby is being pissed away? Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I happen to like the Derby. While I'm not happy about the expense going up, I will continue to support it.

Pat, an hour after you left, Jesse & Lutman had to be separated before fists went flyin! Went at each other good. Lot of love between them I guess! Definately set the pace for the day.

I love the Derby, but I think they are slowly going down hill. Every year there is less vendors and less players. It all started when they eliminated the amature event and then moved to the casino and now they are starting to let the casiino dictate to them about the vendor spaces and gambling. Yes I wonder if it will survive two more years with out becoming just another tournament. It use to be the hall mark of tournaments. Now Valley Forge is. Butterflycues
