Call Shooter's in Riverside, Ca.

Call to confirm-seasonal opening time 3 or 4pm. 951.785.9588. I spoke to Myron (TD/cuemaker)-Tournaments Wed/Mon 8:30pm/sign up and practice start 7:30pm.
Although I haven't been able to make it there for a while-there are some retired guys in there most afternoons. They play all the games. Very friendly atmosphere.
Also there is a 5x10 and 6x12 snooker (golf) table in addition to the Ernesto-ized 4.5x9 gold crowns.
Nice room.
Or STIX in Rancho Cucamonga. (909.989.5020 )More a 'players' room these days. Straight down the 10 Frwy toward Ontario airport/N. on Vineyard/cross Foothill (n/west corner of shopping center-on n/east corner of intersection. Open at 4pm? TD director is Wayne Norcross/Alex owns it.
