robert frost and eric densen innocent of all charges...

Anytime I hear of a break in where property is stolen, the police are called, they make a report, you then send that off to your insurance company as part of a homeowners claim. You then get a check, minus your deductible amount. So if this situation has played out to the point of Mr. Frost getting arrested, then Mr. Grassley should be at this point, two cues and roughly $10,000 richer. If that's the case, then he's commiting insurance fraud here.

According to the orig post, no covered by insurance.

And if Bill Grassley was so depressed and upset over having been ripped off and he went downtown with a gun and shot someone in the head, he'd be a murderer.

What else can we speculate about?

Best,

I heard that Bill was the second shooter in the grassy knoll, disguised
as a road player carrying a dealer case.
Where do you think the name Grassley came from?
It's all one big conspiracy...Bill Grassley, Robert Frost, Santo Traficanti, Oswald, the CIA, Jack Rudy, and Castro.

Did they ever catch the people who stole the cues??

Although being from MI,, I never heard anything about this until this thread. And still confused about what is going on with all this.

Didn't catch the original thread on here either(until now). But just read through it all. I need to pay more attention.

i think it is funny listening to a bunch of league players try to put this story together....the point is a judge read and listened to the story and found me innocent....but I'm sure you know more than him from sitting in front of your computer...can any of you draw your ball? if so let's play some....

I have no idea who is right or who is wrong, I really don't care. But after I read this I lost allot of respect for you.

I really hope things work out for you and all parties concerned. Maybe you're just pissed and blowing off a little steam, I can understand that. But you brought this to the forum, don't get mad at people stating their opinions of the situation that you put up for discussion.

Slightly offended league player!

okay I'm sorry about the league player remark....i was just a little streamed...no excuse my apologies...i would probably play to if i lived close to a major city...although i have been threatened to be reported lol...jk sorry to anyone i may have offended...

That's cool, I've been there myself and said things I didn't mean. You got the balls to say you're sorry and that says allot these days. Props to you.

... I've stated many times, that I would have given his sticks back for free, but I wouldn't have occurred any costs in doing so. I would have gladly accepted the 1000$, but I can see myself also thrown out there if it was possible to get more of a reward, call it greedy, or what not.. I dunno, I just can see where he is coming from I guess, but I absolutely would be open to no payment as well.

I understand you may think its black and white, but asking if the reward could be greater is not illegal, you might claim he is holding out, but you cannot prove that he wasn't going to give the sticks back regardless, just like he cannot prove he was, all I can tell you is that I can see how this could have been a trap, and set up as well. I can see it going both ways, which I have said many times...

I agree. I would have simply mentioned the amount owed to me by the person that gave me the cues in lieu of payment.

If the true owner offered to pay that amount, hey, that's great. If they can only pay the original reward offered, that's fine, too. Either the owner is gonna say, "Yeah, I can pay you what ____ owed you", or "Geez, that sucks. Let me know if I can help get your money from him somehow". And that would be the end of that topic in the conversation. I'm not gonna turn around and say, "Yeah, you can help by paying ME $$$", or "Either $$$ or I keep the cues".

It's like anything, if you don't ask, you won't know. And frankly, the worst the owner could say is no. Doesn't matter, I'm still gonna return the cues.

And in the end, I'm probably not gonna take the reward, either. I'll just settle up, shake down and b!tch-slap the $h!t out of the cat that passed me the hot cues...

When a higher reward was asked for, Cornerstone probably assumed that if he didn't agree to it, he would probably never see his cues again. That would be my mindset, anyway. I'm not saying Frost had that intention, but you have to be able to understand how Cornerstone could be thinking that. I would be agreeing to anything to get my cues back.

No wonder everything is screwed up. Oswald got shot by the WRONG guy (that guy's name was Jack RUBY! :D).
