It is a high quality item. I like mine a lot. Combo tool for me.

This is nothing special. Tip shaper's have been around since tips were introduced to pool. I find it hard to believe that anyone would spend $30-35 for a tip and then grind it down with coarse sand paper.

I use to buy into those gadgets blaming the tip for my poor play and misses.

I don't power break with my playing cue, chalk up before every shot and haven't used any type of tip tool in years. My tips don't mushroom or lose their shape, they do get worn down from chalking and then get replaced.

Don't need one-I'd say the good majority of my shots I don't miss the cue ball.

Huh. Most people do some kind of tip shaping or de-mushrooming or scuffing at least occasionally. A couple times per year if nothing else. Don't run down this tool - it's hand-made out of solid materials by an independent, rather than a piece of plastic made in China with a company's logo slapped on it. If you're lucky enough to never need to touch your cue tip ( ) great for you, but for everyone else who does so occasionally, this is the best. Glad to see a pro endorse it.

Only Rodney could look you dead in the eye with that smile and say "you'll never miss a ball"

Pretty cool for me to see

I have had my last4ever for about 5 years now.

The good: the thing works just like advertised and it really will probably last forever.

The bad: my teammates always make me work on their tips when they need a little shaping or something. I think I might just start handing out the website and make them get their own.

Well Said!

Knock it if its snake oil, support it if it works. It works.

That is a well made and must have Tool for your case. I still use a little 4" plastic curved
shaper, and have no idea on why I don't own one of these yet.

It isn't like I haven't bought every tool available. I like the Double Sided one, Nickel and Dime.

Well at least for me you were "wooshed"
