One check for 11% after a two month wait. Excuse me but I think I would have had my vehicles repoed and my house eviction notice in hand by now. That wouldn't cover the late fee on my mortgage. I honestly don't think that would pay the expenses of the majority of the players. Get real gal!!!

Again, we were not told the truth and they are going to be monthly payments for 3 months (the original thirds arrangement) and then the rest ?????? My husband and I are NOT happy for all the drama imposed and this latest reneging on the weekly payments.
And NO I am not on the IPT payroll. When would I ever get my check? LOL.
What we might find acceptable, is that there is an underlined sentence that says that 100% due to the players from the WO will be paid. In my mind, that legally should stick, but again, we are being cautious and running it by legal counsel.
They are NOT going to pay weekly, did I understand correctly?rackmsuckr said:this latest reneging on the weekly payments.
That won't even buy you a pair of blue jeans.Al-fahl Amir said:I received my tied for last place check as well. It was for 11% or 555.56. AMC

No doubt about it. The IPT could've been done on a smaller scale and been successful but alas, ego took over common sense.wayne said:LOL. Where do you shop? You can even get a decent pair of jeans on Rodeo Drive for less than that.
LOL, it's not me, it's him. He's quite the little metro-sexual.![]()
To put 11% in a different perspective, it means they paid out $330,000 and although it is a far cry from the total owed it is still not chump change. Prior to the IPT if someone announced a tournament paying out $330,000 you would have had poolplayers from all over the world tripping over themselves to play in it.

Gee, Timberly. You must have a lot of money. $555for less than 1 pair of jeans!!! I take it you don't shop at Walmart or Target.Timberly said:That won't even buy you a pair of blue jeans.![]()

I don't spend anymore than it cost to buy a pair of Levi's. I was talking about Al-fahl Amir... he's quite the fashionable one.Jimk said:Gee, Timberly. You must have a lot of money. $555for less than 1 pair of jeans!!! I take it you don't shop at Walmart or Target.
They change their story more than they change their underwear... I give up trying to keep up. All I know for sure is that they're liar's and IMO a POS.rackmsuckr said:Please read the other thread (the checks are coming in) where I posted the letter and you can judge yourself. Tims, I know you have already been there.

Well I guess you cut it and dried it in those 3 sentences Timberly. It would not be so bad if they were going to issue these checks each week until they had paid up in full, but we all know that is not about to happen. Well, should they cash the checks or not? Does anyone have an opinion on that?
