Ronnie Alcano

what makes you think that he is from the snooker background?

Unless I misinterpreted, I think it's not surprising that many top players have snooker fundamentals. Of course I could be wrong though if that could be a printing error, even my initial thought was a bit shaky. Having said that I wasn't dead sure, which was why I used 'If I'm not wrong'. Also based on a wee bit of snooker knowledge I have and some clips I watched in the past, I do find that he has a seemingly snooker stance. Hope the link still breathes.

He was the South East Asian Game (not including Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China, India.....) 15 Ball Single winner. The SE Asian Game 9-ball single champion was Chan Keng Kwang from Singapore. The Asian Game will be held in November this year.
Thanks to you and Blowfish for the clarifications.

Ronnie "The Volcano" Alcano slaughtered Joey Slivka, 11 games to 1. I hate to be in Ronnie's way! lol

There was a short guy from the Phillipines at the us open who i picked to win..he wore a jacket that said "Team Philipines" man that guy can play...i watched the match with him and Shawn Puttman. He squeezed the love sponge in that match.. I think the slow speed the guy played took Shawn out of his game..he couldnt get anything going..then Scott came in and implemented the 30 second shot clock..but it was to late by then...But our own John Schmint knocked him out..i think his last name started with an A hell of a shooter
