Ronnie O'Sullivan not playing???

Roy, I am not in Reno, but there have been some other threads on this fourm which have stated that Ronnie O'Sullivan's doctor told him he could not fly at this time because of an ear infection.

I think Luat must have been third in line on the qualifier list to compete in Reno. So Rudolfo Luat's gain is Ronnie O'Sullivan's loss. I know ear infections can be horrible, and airplane travel can make it hurt worse for sure. I don't envy Ronnie O'Sullivan one bit.

After reading the horrible news about George "Ginky" San Souci's wife having a miscarriage and being in the hospital, I asked Keith McCready, who is in Reno, if George was there, and Keith said he has not seen George. So there may be -- and I am only guessing -- another spot available to an aspiring IPT qualifier competitor.

I read that Michael Schmidt replaced George San Souci. I would have never expected the IPT to sell so quick, this has to be an easy 100 Mil for Kevin. I had a bet on Ronnie btw, gonna check it out now.

Edit: checked with StanJames, All bets on Ronnie are off. Darn, those were the best odds they had, Ronnie payed 3:1 against Quinten Hann.
