Put your cursor anywhere at the bottom (black portion) of the video and this will pop up.
Click the "arrows" and you can Toggle to a desired option as shown here:
If by chance, for some reason, this does not work/appear you can change the URL so that it pops up:
Ustream: Change http://www.ustream.tv/channel/povpool by placing a "dash" followed by the word "popup" so that it reads http://www.ustream.tv/channel-popup/povpool then reload the page.
YouTube: Change as above but instead of using a "dash" you use an "underscore". Original link would be this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HU7EincALww and the popup would be this http://www.youtube.com/watch_popup?v=HU7EincALww. Reload the page and done!
NOTE: The proper/correct placement of the "dash" and the "underscore" -- that is key.

No problem. I like to use the URL change when emailing a YouTube link .. cuts out all the comments and business/clutter.
