I’ll be spending some time in Athens, GA, near the UGA campus this spring and summer. Does anyone know of any real pool rooms there? I’ve never been yet. Thanks!

The Rail Athens GA........APA league night is Wednesday.......... full house...... fri and sat nite are chaos........ other than that it's ok............. about 10 miles west on 78 is Vintage Billiards in Statham GA......... nice small room good food and friendly faces

I believe APA league night is on Monday at The Rail, and Wednesday at Vintage.
I finally made it to The Rail in Athens around noon today. I only had a half hour to play. The tables were beat up, but the cloth was in good shape and seemed to be Simonis 760 from its speed. Maybe 860. I'll be back and get some games with the locals.
