Rubber on the Rails trouble…

I don´t know a lot of rail rubbers but i believe all best rails are made 100% rubber and cheap ones have rubber + something else.

That'

Tfhat's on the dead end of the spectrum. Depends a little on how hard you hit the ball but you should be able to compare to other tables.
What’s a 9’ Diamond get? Almost 5 rails? I know a 9’ GC is about 4.25-4.5. Maybe 4 rails is right for a 10’ Diamond?

Short version…Diamond got back with me, sincerely apologized and told me they would come and replace the rubber. They told me they could get me on the schedule for July.

Very impressed with how Diamond handled the situation and even though I’m a month and a half out from having them replaced, I’m impressed how quick they are going to come and do the work.

It’s nice to have great companies stand up for their products. Seems more and more companies try everything they can to get out of a warranty claim. Not Diamond.

Hats off to the good people at Diamond !

I remember being able to get 5 on most Gold Crowns at one time. A table that only barely allows 4 is broken. Being a 10-foot makes not much difference. The vast majority of energy loss is in the cushions.
