Assuming the 8 is high enough a break ball to let me hit the bottom row solidly on the break, I'd do this:

Otherwise I'd set up to shoot the 4 in the side as a break shot.
 
I prefer to break off the 4, using the 1 to get on it perfect and the 5 as a set-up. 8 is pretty low, could break off the 7 but the angle to the rack is critical.

Hey bluepepper,

It's been a while since I've done one. Here's my attempt at this one. The breakout ball is a bit low, but with the correct angle, is very workable. Hitting the stack that low with extreme draw will cause a ball to come out of the left side of the stack. And if you bring the cue ball out to the center of the table, you should have a shot after break.
