To get a conviction you would almost need a video of the guy taking the chalk, and
another video of the perp smoking it in the bathroom...if you want to get a "chalk" conviction in Colorado.
There's going to be at least one chalklifter on the jury, so you're better off taking the law into your own hands.

Stealing a pocket chalker is a whole new ballgame.
The simple chalklifter is just your basic clepto, but it takes a real thief to steel a guys pocket chalker.
 
The trouble with all pocket chalkers is the same. The walls prevent you from chalking correctly, brushing the chalk over the tip. The wall gets in the way pretty quick, and you become a chalk driller. Not good.

Better to just watch your chalk, or keep a hold of it. Putting it in the pants pocket, pretty filthy.

Advanced option, anyone who steals your chalk, kick him in the nuts. Stealing a pool player's chalk is worse than stealing his girlfriend.

Another option, play with honorable people. Hard, isn't it...

That's not completely true.
I can make a chalk holder without tall sides or no sides at all ... and where you will not get chalk on your pants or in your pants pocket .
You can chalk your tip anyway your heart desires ..;)

If you don't believe , then heck lets bet something :angel:

I recently bought a Chalk Shark and love it as a pocket chalker to keep my Magic Chalk in. Even though its kind of silly to spend $30+ on a pocket chalker it prevents me from losing pieces of chalk (already lost 3). Even if I wear basketball shorts I can throw it in my pocket instead of clipping it and the magnet is super strong.

Hey RJ!!! Have you by any chance been in contact with Trin???? Ive tried many, many times but no luck???? I still have this " thing " u sent me and literally have NO IDEAR what to do with it????? TIA!

I have no idea what happened with that "cue project", and all I can say is don't you dare send it back to me :p LOL
 
I wrap a piece of blue painters tape around the cube, then use a box cutter to cut it down. Serves 2 purposes: I always know it's mine; and when the cube gets worn down to the point where the wrapper starts sticking above the chalk I can cut more paper off with the box cutter so it doesn't interfere with chalking.

Mine stays on my hip at all times. I haven't found anything superior, and I won't afford to lose it.

Yes, and I have. I joked in another thread that I will put aside 100 boxes of old chalk and sell it in a few year as "pre-flag" ;)

But for the record, no formula changed, just did not like the black wrapper, and wanted Vegas Gold, so it was easily identifiable and folks would not forget it on the table, or could find it if it fell under the table. We added the Russian flag to the bottom of the cube as well.
