same cue sold twice by Painter??

I'm bidding on a joss sneaky that looks familiar too. I won't rebid if it goes hirer though. I wish he wouldn't do shady stuff like that, he gets nice cues.
I guess that's why he went to private auctions?

There are far too many excellent sellers on here and elsewhere for me to even consider dealing with someone with a proven history of being a crap seller.

shady seller!

i had bid on a george case, got outbid; leaving itm at that. did pass on to a FRIEND to beware of the mottey even without remembering the shady BSM auction! he decided against bidding when i told him to check here about this seller. why/how can he list the bcm cue again like that and get away with it?
i like ebay a lot but i stop and thionk about these deals . maybe ebay needs to do something to verify more stringently.

Ebay via Liz S. from the office of the President in Salt Lake City, UT is presently investigating the connection between sellone-bay2 and ighitysplit, with much documentation from the "fraudulent seller on ebay" thread that had previously run its' course with runscott and myself. The purpose of the investigation is to prove fraud in which I may have the retaliatory feedback left by this scumbag deleted from my feedback page. The little red circle that has already been removed is not good enough. Ebay understands that I may enter into a class action tort suit against them in reference to the fact that they are not protecting the victims of this feedback abuse. This is why the office of the president is quite concerned with the 20 pages of faxed documentation they received yesterday.

I got out bid....I'm not going to rebid. I very rarely ever do. Does the winner of a private auction have access to the bidders list? They should to make sure everything is on the up and up.

Andy,

the winning bidder can only see the amounts of the bids, however not the names. Only the seller can see the names. This is a technique that the known scumbags use to keep people from contacting the bidders to explain what kind of scumbag is selling the item.

also when involved in these guerrilla attacks, the good guys also end up going to private auctions to protect themselves from the scumbags.

this is why it is a good idea to check the feedback page and look into the items that the individual person has bought and sold prior to making a bidding decision. Personally, I'd be concerned that a 200 count person got their 200 count by buying 10-20 dollar trinkets, and all of a sudden are selling a 3000.00 pool cue as an example.

hes is more ballsey (or Brainless) than people who shill bid szambotis with (private bidder) keeping it safe for those who are bidding ha ha

The Mottey

Is actually a good cue it was in Jaypagers collection then wound up with spanky and now I guess this guy has it. What I don't understand is how anyone as sharp as this seller must be has to do anything but say here it is anyone want it I want so much take it or leave it. Funny thing is poolsticks sell themselves, But they are alot easier to sell if everyone knows the seller is honest and trustworthy. Isn't that the whole reasoning behind buying a cue from a good seller. The no worries and no problems dealings you get with some is worth a premium. Its the ease of mind you get being able to say to youself good deal.
Lately people send me cues or money and say I am not even worried about it aren't you Nick Serdula? I know your money is good or I know the cue is good! They wouldn,t know me from mud if they met me! They just trust me from what they have heard about me. Well thanks all of you. Keep up the good work!
Nick
