All -

I am planning on spending a week or so in SF in September.

Should I bring my cues, and where should I go and where should I avoid?

Any AZers wanna play?

might be the only place in SF

I think Family Billiards out on Geary Blvd. (opens about 11:30 am?) might be the only decent place to play in the City....There is another place called the Palacade on Mission St. but I would not recommend it.....If you have wheels, you really ought to take a short ride down to Mountain View (1/2 hour from SF at most) and check out California Billiard Club.......I think it's one of the top places to play in California, if not the best. You might even run into Kentucky Bill there.
 
Ken...Family Billiards is the only decent room left in SF. There are several others in outlying areas, but you'd have to drive 30 miles or so. Look up Tom Seymour at Family Billiards. Not only a top notch instructor, Tom is also a master player, and an all-around good guy! He posts here as joepool.

I will be gone the first two weeks of September. Ill leave an autographed $100 bill and figure I got away cheap.:thumbup:
