Does anyone have results from yesterdays qualifier at sandcastle ?

I spoke to Ed Liddawi a few times yesterday, and last we spoke Joey Kong was playing a match to get into the Hot Seat.

Bummed i couldnt be there !!

There were 11 players in the tournament. The last two players would get into the main tournament.I left afer the Spears Lillis match. I spoke to someone this morning who told me Dennis Spears was the winner of the winners side.
Joey Kong was playing for the other spot against Joe Landi. Kong had won an earlier match 100-0. He did not run 100. Kong lost his first match and was on left side.
Spears beat Steve Lillis. Spears had a run of 58. This was a long match. Around 2 1/2 hours. Lillis may be the slowest player I have ever seen. Ed had to use a shot clock or we would have seen the sun come up before anyone had 50.
