Be prepared to read, ALOT!
We make a tremendous amount of dust in manufacturing the OB-1 cue shafts, and I am currently using the information I learned from reading this site to completely upgrade our dust collection systems.
The trouble dust is the small stuff, and you can't just filter it out. Well, you can, but this small dust will plug any good filters very fast. The only way to effectively control it is to remove it from the air before it gets to your filters.
I am currenty waiting on a new collector built to these specifications. If the smaller test cylcone sent to me is any indication, I will control 95% of dust particles down to .5 microns.
You should really take a look at this stuff for yourself too. Wood dust is bad can cause problems, and you should take steps to take care of it before it gets that bad.
