Thank all of you!! I have been looking at this pool cue for several years trying to figure out what to do with it. It was short and super fat. I knew a proper taper pass was crucial and my limited experience suspect. With some help from several individuals, I was able to develop a technique that increased my chances of success and I think it turned out pretty good. Still wanting to see how it plays. At ~60”, and 18 ounces, i think it will suit me well. Still may be up for sale shortly as I don’t have a case that will hold it.
