I figured so. Just jackin' with ya. The thing that got me was just how damn HARD they pounded the table to 'set' the SR up. First time i was at an event using them i heard what sounded like .22's going off. Nope, just setting up a Sardo.Found one for pretty cheap. More of a billiards history novelty for the collection. Just need the manual. It's really looking for a question
that's already been answered with the magic rack.
Caution: do not drop on table...or foot...or child.First thing the manual should say is “throw this piece of junk away”.
First person i've heard say it worked too good. It was colossal pos. You could get same quality rack with a good triangle. Add to that you had to pound the shit out of the balls to get the initial 'set'. Fragile to boot. My home spot got one free from sardo and it was in the dumpster within two weeks. Plastic cracked and that was it. Great 'idea' ahead of its time maybe. far from a great product.I have a Sardo rack and love it. It produces an absolutely tight rack immediately every time. No instructions but simply place the ball in it and press down on the center. I tried pressing on the wings too hard and cracked one. The reason they stopped using it was it was too perfect and making balls on the break was too repeatable. Just like templates do now. Great product, just ahead of its time..
In some far-off future some folks are gonna be at flea market and wonder 'just what the fk is this thing supposed to do??'Caution: do not drop on table...or foot...or child.
Which is why dude here wants instructions?!?!In some far-off future some folks are gonna be at flea market and wonder 'just what the fk is this thing supposed to do??'![]()
So if you have to pound the balls that hard ton "train" the cloth it sounds like you could make a good rack without even using the Sardo. it would be like loading a template rack.I figured so.
