Sardo Move Over. This is totally automated!!

Nice find!

I'd love a working model like that. If it sorted and racked the balls perfectly and went a bit faster it would be a godsend.

Wtf

I would like to challenge the machine and see who can rack more balls in 5 minutes. Seems I could beat the machine about 10 to 1. Some people have to much time on their hands.
Purdman:eek:
Cool Post though!

that's one of the funniest pool videos i've seen. and the music was perfect.

i think pool could ACTUALLY have use for this, as it would provide audience participation with non-stop jocularity.

do the fifteen people who move the levers and gears in this rube goldberg gizmo come with it??? :D

That is funny. Who does that?! Sardo eat your heart out!!!!

What about that post the other day about needing a new rack...this should suffice, right?

proof postive some people have wayyyyyyyyy too much time on thier hands!
funny video

We are on to something good here...

The "break practice" table!

Now all it needs is a "reset button" and the foot short rail raises up, then a big arm sweeps all the balls on the table into a gutter where the short rail was. Then it re-racks. Also get the speed up.

Just like at the bowling alley!

I would guess that some engineering students chose this as a class project. I also suspect that they were using the vacuum pump for something else prior to deciding on this as the way to go...

Brunswaick makes all the bowling stuff... that would be great for a table... if you cross the head string, a foul light would pop up... you could have a fan to dry your hand... but at least you wouldn't have to wear the wierd shoes.

You know how the old saying goes....

I like to do things the old fashon way!

It's from an engineering class at Dalhousie university (Halifax NS) what I noticed is they picked up more sponsers than most tournaments do.

They could name it "The Strickland"

light bulb

They could also speed it up by using 2 sets of balls so the machine could sort and pre-rack while the first game was being played.
