Looks like a toe kick saw blade. What rpm is that blade rated for?

the blade is designed for shafts don't know what a toe kick is my blade manufacturer and i designed this specially for cutting shafts angle on teeth and so on ....as far as rpm ill have check on that i just got the blade late yesterday
