WELL FELLOW POOL PLAYERS I DO THIS WITHOUT HESITATION ONLY AFTER SO MANY ATTEMPTS FOR :

TO STAND UP & FULFILL A ORDER MADE BACK ON AUGUST 1 st & WAS ADVISED BY HIM THAT IT WOULD TAKE 17-18 MORE DAYS THEN SHIPPED OUT…WELL HERE WE ARE WEDNESDAY DECEMBER THE 7 th …. NO MORE REPLIES FROM THE GENTLEMAN AFTER SO MANY MEESAGES SENT IN MESSENGER UNREPLIED TO NOR FOLLOWED UP BY MR.BARGERSTOCK …. AND HE HAD MY MONEY UP FRONT , FURTHERMORE I LOST THE DEAL I HAD SELLING THAT HUEBLER CUE FOR WHICH THE SHAFT WAS MADE FORE …. APPEARS HE CLOSED DOWN DFE BILLIARDS BUT KEPT THE # TEAM XLR8 BUSINESS OPEN. I HAD PREVIOUSLY ORDERED A SHAFT OF HIS & LOVED IT PUT IT ON A OLDER McDERMOT WIDOW ….SO I FELL FOR IT & BOUGHT ANOTHER AND HERE. I AM BEING SCAMMED ….SO BEWARE OF ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH THIS GENTLEMAN 👎 ALSO I WILL WITHOUT HESITATION START A WIRE FRAUD CHARGE AGAINST HIM WITH THE LOCAL CARMICHAEL , PA. POLICE DEPT …. WILL SPEAK TO A ATTY FRIEND “ HARVEY COHEN “ TO SEE WHAT THE PROCESS WOULD BE …. SHOULD HE STEP UP & SHIP THE SHAFT & OR REFUND MY MONEY I WILL GLADLY RECIND THIS WARNING & REPOST IN A MORE POSITIVE MANOR ✌️🇺🇸🇳🇴🇺🇦
ANY DOUBTERS I HAVE IN MESSENGER HIS FULL LINE OF DELAYS & NONSENSE TO PROVE THIS CLAIM 😡

I now have gone into his friends list & will continue to send out the same warning every last one of them, he is a retired firefighter from Carmichael,Pa & will even contact their station to let them know that he is scamming people 👎

I got scammed by him too. If you hear anything from your attorney or the police. I would be grateful to learn more. Thanks! Venmo (where I paid) said there was nothing they were willing to do.

I was just contacted by a friend of his requesting my phone # 🤔

Tell him you'll sell it to him for $300 :)

FWIW - I left a message with the Cumberland Township PD in PA, and received a call this morning from an officer there. Apparently there have been multiple complaints, and an investigator has been assigned to the case. He's going to call me sometime this week.

It seems so easy for a cop to catch someone like that. The cop just needs to wait for his next ad, then tell the seller he will buy the item and send him the money. Bingo!

A warning sign I look at is payment by Venmo or Zelle and not wanting to be paid by Paypal. I’ve had Paypal go to bat for me on one scam where they gave me an immediate refund (like before I hung up the phone) and sent the scam information to the FBI. Good luck seeing that from Venmo or Zelle.

also it is a good idea to use virtual credit cards and fund them with an exact amount before purchasing as well ... this helps shield you from card stealing

Add me to his list of victims. He cheated me out of $900.00; I'm pissed but I'm not going to do or say anything stupid. I was dealing with Matt Bargerstock for a period of several months from July through November, 2022. During that time, I had a few conversations and text exchanges with his mother. My current plan for recouping my lost money is to make her aware of his underhanded dealings and request that she get involved. If I'm able to achieve some level of success dealing with her, or through my legal team, I'll report back on this site and share his mother's contact information and whatever details I can regarding the resolution.

It's so unfortunate that our pool community, indeed our world, is inhabited by people with zero moral fiber or character. I regret the necessity to involve this guy's mother, but perhaps she deserves the burden for not having given her son a positive set of values in the first place.

Good luck to all, who like me, are trying to recover from Matt Bargerstock's deceiptful treachery. I'm seriously considering going to Super Billiards Expo this April 13-16, 2023 to compete in the "Super Senior" 65+ event. At age 77, I think I'm still competitive and can hold my own against anyone regardless of age. If anyone who reads this post is going to the event and sees me there, please say hello and please update me regarding your interactions with the scoundrel who created the need for this posting.

Though I sympathize with you, and every person who is attempting to recoup losses associated with this individual, I would strongly advise that you do not make anyone's personal information "public," on this site. I would also advise that any member thinking of publishing someones personal information on this website, reach out, and contact Mike Howerton, prior to doing so. He is @azhousepro.
