yes it is a Bill Schick cue. He marked his cues in a similar manner until probably the late 80's. I am sure someone on the board knows more precisely. I had a cue almost identical to this about 15 years ago. The last plain janes Bill made, as far as I know, were $2200 but came with 2 shafts and a leather wrap. These older ones are pretty hard to come by. I wouldn't value it the same, but it is a really nice cue. Good luck with your sale, whatever you decide on as a price.
