Does anyone know off hand what size the joint and butt ends of the Schmelke blanks are? How is the quality?

There blanks usually are around .900-.950 at the joint and butt is around 1.400 I have used several of the blanks and only a couple problems when coring them. Other than that there not bad.

What he said. However, I don't core sneaky blanks so I gotta deal with all the warpage issues, and as of the last 2 years Schmelke has went far down hill. I have built some very nice cues from their blanks. I have also thrown away hundreds of dollars worth of blanks because they were not up to my standards. I'm lucky & get paid very well for my work so I can afford to throw away 3 blanks to get a good one to use. If I were only making $350 or so for my sneakies, then i'd find another source for blanks. But as my situation stands, I can get 2 blanks from Schmelke for the price i'd pay elsewhere, and have my choice of which blank to use.

I did not buy blanks, I can Not help you. However I bought others good quality schmelke supplies, service is excellent.
