Good Morning Frank,

I'm sorry to tell you this, but we won't be shipping the first cue by the end of the week after all. I was told this morning that we will be remaking your first cue. They were doing the final sanding, before it goes into the finishing room, and some dark spots started showing up in the wood. We do not consider this as top quality.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

Kind Regards,
Kim
Schmelke Cues

KIM...No problem. Thank you for not sending out substandard products.

Frank. You're very welcome. Our customers who visit our outlet room, are surprised to what we sell as 2nds out there. If we realize something isn't of top quality, we don't try to pass it onto as top quality. Thank you for being understanding.

I know you were really looking forward to getting that cue. Have them change the wrap to white/green not green/white.

Good on them for owning up to it, contacting you about it and explaining what's going on and not sending out something they aren't happy with. When working with natural materials sometimes things like that will happen, this is the best way to handle it.

Sounds like I need to go check out their showroom and check out their seconds sometime....a cheap sneaky would be nice to have.

My thoughts exactly.

It sounds so simple, but most fail.

I believe the wrap on the cue I showed you is white/green. Just not sharp picture. The person that owns the cue sent me the build sheet.

All the Schmelke Cues I have ordered for customers seem to be have been good or ok cues,
The ones I ordered in were in the 100.00 $ range and I feel they are reasonably priced for the quality.

I cant think of anyone who has had bad experience with Schmelke Cues

I did go overboard but WTH. I ordered 2 dressed up sneakies...for a little under $500. I would be happy with one of their basic wood to wood. But every time I look into it I can't pull the trigger. I'm a pimpy guy. I like a nice looking cue. These are just for fun. If I really like one I'll use it as a daily player.

2 bumperless Schmelke's sneakies are incoming. Should have them Monday. Yeah man
