Go figure.

He's amazing. He just has to stop thinking. Or thinking too much. He's so smoothe when he's just running around the table.

Actually, it was 176 (168+8). I was racking. It was his first try in the practice session.

I sit corrected.

Bill Marapolous called to tell me about it and I didn't remember the exact number.

He shoots pretty fast when he is in stroke, doesn't he?

Good grief, that's just how it goes, match downhill and then during practice the same player homer's a 176 :) lol

Sometimes having a fast rhythm in straight pool is a good thing as it is better for getting more 'in-stroke', than when shooting a little slower :)

When more time is taken over each shot, there can be a bit too much time to think about a shot, instead of just getting down, shooting the shoit and putting experience and knowledge to good use :)

The late Willie Mosconi used to have a real fast rhythm once he got going from what I believer, sometimes he would be almost running around the table during a high run :)
