Yes, my dads side was from Lika and moms side from Hercegovina.

That part of Croatia is very beautiful!
Lika has lots of forest and beautiful nature in general.
At the other hand....Hercegovina has totally different look. Lots of rocks and in some way it reminds me on Arizona!
People from the both region are wellknown as very stubborn, great and hard workers and men of their word....and to shake a hand means more than any agreement!
I am from Zagreb, capital. This is where I was born and where do I live ever since. My father was born at the seaside though!
