Schon Customer Service Question

I sent a Schon Ltd cue in about three weeks ago priority mail. On the repair form it stated to pack it so it could be run over by a truck. I shipped it in PVC. After quite a few days I emailed to see if it arrived safely. No response. I sent another email late last week very nicely stating that I realize they are busy and there is no rush, but was curious if the package arrived safely. Still no response.
My question is should I call them or would that not be appropriate. The last thing I want is to irritate them or give them the impression I am impatient.
I have no idea what the cue will need to correct a slight bow so I know the repair time may be lengthy, just want to know it is in their hands and an approximation as to when they may be able to look at it.

I may be out of line,

but Evan is a great guy to deal with, so I'd give him a call and see what's up. Just be polite and reiterate that you're just making sure it arrived safe.

I had a friend who had to send his Schon back about a month ago to get a new butt cap on it. He had the same problem but after calling everything was fine and the cue arrived back safe and sound. I think the whole process took about 5 weeks.

Definitely give them a call. I have had to work with them twice and both times they are easy to get a hold of by phone. I have never tried contacting them by email.

Thanks,

Corey

Thanks for the advice,

will call him in a day or so if I do not hear anything.
Evan has always been great on the phone. I wonder how any work gets done with all the calls so that is why I emailed.

Why didn't you just get a return receipt request or "tracking" when you shipped it? Schon would have had to sign for it when it arrived and you would have had confirmation it was received and when.

quick question about a schon would it be possible for them to make a longer wrap straight out of the factory ...............
