Anyone happen to know fair market value for a Schon R9 85% original wrap original shaft ivory ferrule?
 
grab it!!

i know of one 6 sharp pointed Schon R-7 cue in kentucky(SOMEWHERE!!!) i am going to try to pry away from a guy. he has had it so many years he should be tired of that old stick. i would be doing him a favor taking it off his hands right? right? right!
 
Questions

Maple stitch ring with sharp points, silver ring with sharp points or silver ring with CNC points?

It makes a big difference.
 
After looking at it I did notice that it had the silver ring, but the points I'm not so sure of their construction. the shaft though didn't have schon stamped anywhere so I figured it pre dated 93 isn't it?

If you get it for $50, you'd better not tell anyone on the board. If you try to turn around and sell it for $100, you will be accused of being a cue pimp.
 
I gotta know how much I should offer him in the ballpark at least I don't to get slapped in the face. Besides I don't mind pimping cues as long as it's for a good cause.
 
If its got sharp points and in good condition, i would offer in the neighborhood of $750, unless of course you can get it for about $400.
