Scorpion and 5280 Cues

We are about to add Scorpion and 5280 Cues to our website www.affordablebilliards.com. Anyone have any thoughts they would like to share about these cues, whether good or bad, will be greatly appreciated.

I didn't have much luck with the 5280's. they warped quick, joint collars became off set and the ferrells swelled. all this happened inside 3 weeks. as for the scorpions they do ok.
 
Not a plug. Just looking to make sure we provide good products to our customers. From what I've seen the folks in here give great advice and are very knowledgeable about pool and pool cues.
 
I don't know about 5280 but my buddie has a Scorpion and loves it. Johnny shoots with a Scorpion and thats good enough for me and my buddie!

I have sold 8 to 10 , and never had a complaint of any kind , My freind Chuck wont shoot with anything else . And he shoots Good . GL Jim
 
LilStick...IIRC, Cuestix quit manufacturing the 5280 line, which was originally dedicated to Corey Dueul, more than 5 years ago...so what you are buying is outdated inventory. When they quit making them, Cuestix had a fire sale, and you could purchase the cues for under $50...even the ones that retailed for $300+. Scorpion is still an active Cuestix brand.
