But Artie wound up with the CASH, and he's got the last laugh. Gamblers and pool players can only dream of the amounts he won. so, as they say, he's probably laughing all the way to the bank, literally.

I read it. Artie still walked off with the MOST cash. No glorification, just a fact.

Heck, forget about all his wins in pool, what he did to Vegas was HISTORIC. Lots of folks can say they beat this guy or that guy, how many can say they beat Vegas.... just kinda cool in my book :thumbup:

It is amazing how you keep butting in, and ignoring the fact that I have agreed with you on that point, at least ten times !..YES RJ, Artie was/is a 'very cool' money making machine ! :rolleyes:.....My beef is with Mr.3-IQ, and the way the illiterate id**t, keeps representing AB, as an "Unbeatable, mistake-proof, absolutely perfect, 'pool playing machine' ! ...Geeeesh, even Artie admits he may have butchered a shot, 'one time' !

I was on the road for 30 years and crisscrossed SJD many times, all I know is is that I never heard of him booking many losers. I know for a fact that Artie matched up better than anyone ever, thats a good thing right !

Thanks Bobby..I'm sure there are many guys, who don't even know what "Stymie" is ?...Briefly, it is a very advanced form of golf, that makes 1 or 2 ball golf, look like a girl's game !....Don't tell 'onepockethacker' or Mr.3-IQ though, it may upset them !..In the good old days, more people, lost more money playing Stymie, than any other game I know of !...EVERYBODY wanted to jump in a ring game, because it looked so deceptively easy..Right ? ;)
