I have gone through the course twice. I cannot recommend this highly enough. If you have the chance, go. This is such a well presented program. These guys clearly explain everything thoroughly with reasons as to why their program works.
There are many players who think that a course covering the basics of the game is not for them. I assure you this is not so. Everyone's game will improve with this course if you are willing to listen and have an open mind. Some player's games will change only a little. Others will make major changes in their approach to the game.
It is not just someone telling you to stay down and follow through. They teach you how and why. They shoot holes through some old theories and teach you what you need to know.
