What's with this "PM me for info" Shit?????

You wanna sell it bad enough to put up a thread about it, post the pics and a damned price.....

Last thing I wanna do is waste my time opening a thread and find out I have to waste MORE time to send someone a PM asking details about it....

This is a prime example why some people should have to get a permission slip to use the internet...

Instead of complaining-just don't respond to my ad. I have the right to state my ad any way I like-whether you or anyone else likes it or not. Who said I want to sell bad???

I only replied because you "Mentioned" something for sale that caught my attention, thus resulting in wasting time out of my life just to see I know just as much about your cue's from reading the thread as if I would have never opened it in the first place......

1st off, an "ad" refers to "advertising" like car dealers do in the paper. They offer a description, a price and pictures. Calling the Crap you posted an ad is as ignorant as what you posted....

No one said you wanted to sell bad, I basically mentioned in passing your method of selling is as jarbled as your comprehension of the english language.

Now, run along and get that permission slip JR....

If you can't find one, I have one I am willing to sell. PM me for info

Maybe you can give me some up close and personal instruction ,JUNIOR, at Valley Forge. I would really appreciate the lesson. It appears though, that you are more comfortable throwing barbs from the comfort and safety behind a key board. Most "walter mitty" types do. This is my last correspondence on this matter. I've given it far more attention than deserved. p.s. I will be checking in from time to time with my friends at Cornerstone, ask for jay.

I see the validity of the point you are trying to make ... but I also see a case of "pot calling kettle black ... "

Your thread about Joss Biagio was, to me, clear fishing expedition for a price rather than a clearly identified sales thread.

about pms

The price of a collectable cue is between a buyer and seller. If I am a known buyer of nice cues and sell very nice cues I will get a better price every time than most. I am speaking from experience. But if you know what and how I might treat a different azer or wonder why you might not get a price available to others it is because we do this stuff over and over again and if I know I might have a favor comeing from another azer he might return it in private so as not to confuse the public advertisement or thread. That is why you will see pm sent over and over. Same offers from different forum members have different values to me. The exact same offer from another may lead to many other repeat kindnesses so they must be allowed to offer less privately because they are known privately for thier willingness to recipricate. It is so simple it is complicated. Nick

In that case, the cue(s) should be offered to "preffered customers" first at the "special rate", if there aren't any takers, then, and only then should be listed in a new thread WITH PICTURES AND PRICES. I also think everyone should be fair to all because you never know who could be a potential partner in the future. You also dont really know who talks to whom. If you offered someone a better price than me and I found out, what makes you think I would want to do buisness with you in the future (just to have the price hiked because were not "Friends". JMO

you're too full of yourself. everyone is welcome to post however they want (within the rules), and if this guy wants a 'silent auction' of sorts, he's welcome to it. all of your crying is not going to _force_ him to post pics or a price.

my advice to you trolls is to walk away from this thread, as it obviously doesn't concern you.

Helpful info

I am sure that if any of the nice azers have a extra 3000-6000 and want to buy one of thies cues they would understand pm offers I usually try to keep it under 2000 so I won't waiste anyones valueable time. I do however know a couple cue nuts like me that would like to admire some of Joels work. Thanks Nick-- also one of them is looking for a full splice cue but I would never pm anyone elses offers Good luck with your cues some lucky person will bypass Joel's 7 year wait well that is what he told me a couple weeks ago 7 years many moons.

Wasted!

if you would have offered even 3/4 to what the cue was worth it wouldn't have been wasted. i was told you lowballed around $8,000. that insulted him. by the way the offers now are at or above the price he told you. i hope all here who are not in the highend collectable cue market have learned a lesson about deceased masters cues. better luck next time.;)
