I BELIEVE IT IS....NO WAY TO BE SURE, BUT WITH THE SHORT POINTS, I WOULD THINK IT IS FULLSPLICE.

I'M NOT...BUT I KNOW A FEW GUYS THAT ARE..... AND THEY ALL LOVED IT.
 
1984 Scruggs / unsigned

I have consulted with Tim and Classic cues Joe. Tim doesn't remember the cue. Joe believes it is a Scruggs. I recon the truth lies beneath the wrap.
Opinions wanted, should I have it refinished or keep it origional?

Here Are The Specs, For The Guys That Asked.....

Butt Weighs 14.3 Ounces
Original Shaft 3.1 Ounces, 11.5mm
Newer Shaft 3.9 Ounces, 12.65mm
