Well maybe i dont know anything about youre cue, but again when a cuemaker just adds rings at the joint and a shaft i dont feel as though it is made by him ........Maybe Dennis actually did more than just adding some rings and he feels as though this cue is a conversion from a Scruggs to a D. Searing !!!!!!!!!!!
 
i deal with nick here b4 and i can say he is an honorable and reliable seller.

He did state in description that its a Tim Scruggs Sneaky with some mods made by Dennis Searing.
Frankly i think its a very reasonable price. If u do ur maths, i seen many normal 1 shaft Scruggs Sneaky sell ard 350 now, and with an additional shaft and having Searing do the additional works on the rings plus Searing's waiting time and the time nicks spend on shipping etc ...

Though i would go on to say that Searing wont probably consider it his conversion, or he would have put a S on the buttcap.

i have personally seen 2-3 plain Searing Sneakies sell for ard 900-1100 for the ongoing market.. So this would be a cheaper way to get a feel of a Searing hit?

i hope all wont doubt Nik words here and go hound Searing ... He has a long a very long working list and need all the time he can get to have our cues we ordered deliver in time :D

I will be getting a ebony titlist conversion and I will give you first shot. Chris loves his 5 veneer ivory joint with 12 ivory spear inlays and fancy rings every where Scruggs he got from me too. He plays with it. The 71 joss you sent me just might have Burton Spain forearm the veneers are so awesome and the flat face micarta joint is best. You too are a treasured customar. How many new cues you shot with before you bought them. When I buy a $3000.00 or even $100.00 cue I own it. Only stickmongers need you to shoot with the cue because they must sell. I on the other hand Hope nobody offers what I need. I play with one of the cues now and every day more and more Just like Bogey told me would happen start to care less and less about selling either. I will to resize the pics to 100 megs to post.

why no tips?

Every azer thinks what bull no tips.Well happy people. when the cue is sold I want the buyer to send the cue to Dennis for tips. He knows that he will be seeing the cue and we both think it would be a waiste for me to send the cue when the buyer will do just that. When He looks at the cue have him put tips on it. Your reciet will double the value of the cue or at least add 300 easily to the value of the cue. And you will have a cue with documentation that will not be counterfit. I think there must have been alot of sour poolroom deals that have made alot of us skeptics. My dealings with azers in the past were great and that is why I posted this thread. I seemed to forget the natire of the beast. I will pay for tips not any shipping and you wil be glad you spent the money on shipping. I can also send the cue to Dennis with a foreward address at the buyers request. In that case I pay shipping to Dennis only. I hope some of you will see the sensability of why no tips. Also wouldn't most of us really want the tips we play with on a cue we buy to poot shool? NIKi

Some of you have come with sweet offers so if it gets pulled from ebay don't be suprised. Also a gentleman in Japan is interested I might change listing to 900 buy it now in future and it will cover the international freight. He wanted a price with shipping and I aim to please. Thanks to the azers who were nice enough to send offers and yes I will consider the Scruggs szamboti copy for trade for both nice cue sir.I might need 200 difference I might not it is a sweet cues and those cue are me speciality rrrrrrrrrr:)
 
Why would you pull it? If people are giving offers what keeps them from bidding it up on Ebay? This would appear to me as a way to get a better price. Doesn't the buy it now price disappear after a few bids?

Probably just fishin around to see what someone will pay for a Scruggs cue that Mr. Searing worked on !!!!!!!!!!!!:rolleyes:
 
I really don't know. I just am trying to get a nice lady more money. Thank you for you shareing your hard earned experience.I might pull it becuase a couple of friends that I have sold very high dollar Scruggs cues to in town are thinking of buying it funny thing they never heard of Searing they just hit a couple balls and said wow'Did I mention I have 2 of these cues well one has tips and they love it.Also a offer of 300 and the cues for a Scruggs Szam copy popped in my email today.I like how you think sir
Also I want who ever gets this cue to love it. Not resell it. That is why I posted here.Some cues are keepers. I just have a couple now.Used to have lots. I sell also to keep my girls in collage whaaatI have sold was not bought to resell. Family comes first. People like bogey have returned my kindness many times over. Right now I have a old joss that I would swear burton spain did the points on A ebony titlist cue bogey owes me and I will keep one of these cues but I will sell to pay tuitions every time.

If any of you have contacted Dennis are you keeping it a secret. Because if any of you have I am sure if I was wrong there would be ALONG TRAIL OF TRHEADS. I will try to resize joint pics so you will then have a better idea of the cues upgrade. I sorry about the lack of pics. NIKi

Timi and I have laughed so hard about these responses I think we both came close to pissing our britches. When it comes to Tim's sticks I would be suprised if there is 10 people on face of this planet that can come close to what I know not what they think or what they have seen or been told. I actuallt told Timi today all I really have to do is go in a poolroom Dennis frequents and wave it in the air. They all know his work and value .I live in Florida so how desperate am I? Well If I do it will be in my 97 custom ordered anniversery Camaro white with orange stripes its ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ and people that drive cars like that and have house that are paid off are usually not. Are you related to Sherlock Holmes or is it Sherlock homey. Ha Ha I appolagise but that was funny if you don't laugh at that somethings wrong with you! I told he not to give the thing away. Her emails were so nice. Dennis says she was a sweet heart. I might be one of the last of the good guys. I will get somebody around here to post joint pics and all will be clear. Thank you NIKi

I am glad to see you azers are starting to lighten up and have some fun. I misquoted Denis on ebay. Because of this I think I need not sell but I am glad some of you are laughing now not *****ing. Denis told me he would charge 600.00 for the work he did to each cue.He did not say he would charge 600 to make one rather to up grade one. He also said he would under no circumstances do work like this any more.So even though my error was a under statement of the value and cost of his work it was wrong. And I made the mistake probably because I work hard and sometimes make a mistake when I am sleepy like now .Please accept my appology Mr Dennis. Thank all of you :>)

It justs keeps getting deeper and deeper. He has all those big offers that are more than what people are bidding on Ebay. No one is interested here but he keeps begging people to buy it. Now he is going to pull it from Ebay because of some things he said was not right.

I don't know what it will take for him to get the message that
