I will be in Seattle, WA next Tues - Thurs on a college visit for my daughter.

Wondering where the action is and if anyone wants to meet and play a few cheap sets.

Post up here or PM me !

I live a bit further up north, but I have heard that 'The Golden Fleece' in Kenmore is the place to be for the action. PM '1proscoe', as he lives fairly close by, and is generally always looking for some action.

Here you go:

http://www.mapquest.com/maps?city=Kenmore&state=WA&address=7401+Bothell

go (-) on the scale to the left of the map a few times to find the
connecting freeways.

Best tables in the Pacific NW. All Diamond 9' with one of them being
for one pocket only that has 4" pockets. Tables were set up by AZ's
realkingcobra (Glen).

Finding the Golden Fleece is a little tricky the first time.

First off... it's located on the north side of the road and the building itself is ~150 feet from the road. It's in a very non-descript building that does not have windows. It is adjacent to (on the north side) of the Thrift store, which is easily recognizible. The only sign outside says "Billiards"... and it's hand-written iirc.

Bottomline... Find the Thrift store and you find the Golden Fleece.

across the parking lot from the bowling alley

Yes, once you see Kenmore lanes you have found it.

next hint:

Big stand alone starbucks in the middle of a bunch of
road construction cones making entry a mess. Go into
the left side of the starbucks and then turn right behind
the starbucks and then an immediate left. The poolroom
is less than 100 yeards on the right, just past the
thrift shop/across from the bowling alley.
