Sell or Keep?

I have an old Lambros Sneaky Pete that i'm trying to decided if I should keep it or sell...

The sneaky pete was made in 1994 (plus or minus a year).
DOES NOT have the Ultra Joint.
3/8 10 Pin
Weighs no more than 19oz.
Has an extra OB Classic shaft with a Kamui Super Soft Tip
EXCELLENT Condition for the year built
Rolls straight together and apart.
Kept in closet with joint protectors in a 1 butt 2 shaft case.

I am not pressed for cash so I don't need to sell this cue.

The only issue that I have goes along with the old saying, "Jack of all trades, Master of none." With that being said, I would like to focus on my main player. Having this cue around has been pulling me away from that. Call it a lame excuse but that is the whole reason why I am wondering if I should sell it or keep it.

Advice is welcome:)

My advice is to put it back in the closet if you dont need/want the money for something else. A saying I think of in situations like this is "They don't eat anything." Doesn't cost a thing to hang on to it and at some point in the future you will probably want to get it out again.

I dig the Whitten 1x2 with handle, pouch and strap. Nice combo you dont see too often.

I have an older Lambros sneaky similar to yours...but this one is in better shape then mine. It definitely is a players cues.

Sell or keep? You probably know which answer is best for you. I am kind of a hoarder, and will keep cues although they sit in the closet and never get played with. I know others who will pretty much sell anything that they are not using on a regular basis. Like Justin mentioned, if you don't need the money or whatnot, it never hurts to hold onto a nice cue.

Just know that the cue market is pretty bad right now, but you don't see many of these cues around, so you should do ok.

Good luck with whatever you decide.

I believe that is a Sterling case. If not, Sterling ripped off the design.:embarrassed2:

People say the cue market is down, the economy is down but there are people that still have some cash to spend.

If you are not using the cue then advertise it for a high price and see what sort of offers you get. Then decide.

I play with one very similar. If you decide to sell it let me know. I'd really only be interested in the cue with the original shaft. If you decide to sell it as a package I would still be interested though. Im sure I could find a home for the ob shaft and case.

Thank you

I will do just that.
