Kamui tips
I see they are offering free kamui tips for the people that buy the stream again.........this would be great if they would have taken care of the people that bought the stream last week. I purchased the stream last Friday morning, forwarded the page from my purchase, and heard back absolutely NOTHING. I later sent 2 more responses to the e-mail again that quoted the free Kamui tip, AND STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM KAMUI OR ANYONE ELSE. I also made a comment Sunday during the stream and nobody seemed to care, they already had my $ 25.00......then they opened the stream and made it free for everyone. Guys, if you are going to do some promoting, please do it right. If you're not going to honor the special, don't advertise it. I was going to buy the stream anyway, so it's just the principle of it. I thought I would at least get an e-mail letting me know they got my request for the Kamui offer.

You sent me an email on 8/6 forwaeding your confirmation page. I responded on 8/16 asking for your address to send the voucher and I never received a response from you. You sent another email in 8/19 saying you never got anything. I again responded the same day 40 minutes later and yet again did not get a response to your email. We try our best to run our promotion from our sponsors correctly. While we are running the event it is a bit difficult to respond to emails, but the second time I responded very quickly. Everyone who sent me the correct information from the Rhode Island event received their voucher. If you don't send me your address o have nowhere to send it. I would appreciate you checking your email and sending me your information before making claims that are false. Secondly the stream on Saturday was not free, we experienced some technical difficulties beyond our control during the day and decided to give the last few racks of the last match for free as a make up. Again please get your facts straight before making untrue claims. Thank you.
