I would prefer to keep my personal account, which I have had since '04, separate from the account I would do business on. Not really much different than having a business and personal bank accounts. I will NOT be addressing JB Cases business through my personal account, and I shouldn't have to.
John needs to stay away from the computer reading pool forums and FB posts, and direct his focus to what's going on in the shop...this will definitely speed things along. Mike has taken some flack for being John's brother, and is honestly doing his best. I needed the extra work, have the time currently, and know just about as much about the product as Mike does...and am not related to John or Mike in any manner. It was decided that this might be a good fit, and a win-win all the way around...especially for the customer who has questions that need to be addressed or might be frustrated at the slow communication that has admittedly, been an issue.
As to multiple users on one account...we're hoping to get a name change for the account, however....husbands and wives have been sharing accounts for years. In for a penny, in for a pound. Not trying to start trouble here.....I am simply trying to survive, give Mike some much needed relief from the grief, and keep John focused on the task at hand and not on the computer. How is this a bad thing?
My coming on board with JB Cases is an attempt to make everyone happy...nothing more, nothing less. It's also the last thing I am going to say on the matter.
