When it comes to Customer Service Seyberts Billiards is the Best!!!!! I ordered a new Predator Polo, what I was un aware of was that the Shirt was made in 2 different versions. Well as my luck would have it I got the Knit and not the Dri Fit. Placed a call, and the Shirt is gonna be replaced no questions or moans about it.

Top Notch A Plus Service, Sid and Crew you are the Best!!!!

I love Seyberts. They do indeed have excellent service. Cory and Rick have taken great care of me. On the rare occasion there was a problem, they made it right. That is becoming rare these days it seems.

I stumbled on their site when they had a cue I was interested in at a great price. I wanted something customized, and they made the entire process quick and simple. They now have my business whenever I need anything

Probably something that gets shipped direct from a factory or has been backordered.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences with Seybert's customer service.

It does, but it starting to look like Seyberts may never receive it from the supplier. I hope that's not the case because I was really looking forward to hanging it in my pool room.:cool:
 
Great prices, gracious return/exchange period, prompt and courteous customer service. Seybert's all the way!
 
Seybert's is top notch in my book, too. Another great vendor is Ozone Billiards.

Coming from Toronto Canada Cory Sid the whole crew even the ladies who answer the phone sometimes I have ordered a few times from there and will continue to do so there the #1 on line place for me I hope to visit them one day I here the store itself is something to see:grin-square:
 
Anytime I order online I do so from Seyberts. Excellent customer service, great prices and fast delivery.
 
Love their bucks. Bought a car cue and chalk holder and used my APA membership. After the free shipping, the total cost is going to be LESS than the cue and shipped within a week. I'm looking for more stuff I need to order from them!
 
They're the tits - the nicest, friendliest, fairest, most accommodating merchants I've ever dealt with, inside or outside of pool.

They seemed very egar to help when I contacted them.
 
They know how to keep a customer. My first purchase went great....and so did the next one and the one after that. Any returns were handled promptly and hassle free.
 
I just had a little mishap on the shipping with some ball cleaner spilling and ruining my delta 13 inserts. But they were super quick to make it up and exchange the damaged product.
 
I broke a predator shaft recently and ordered a replacement from Seyberts at 4:00 PM on a Friday. Had special stipulations (Kamui tip, 30" length), expected I might have to play with the original high-deflection shaft for a little while.

They shipped it about an hour after I placed the order, and I had it in my hands before the next time I had enough spare time to even get to the pool room. I will definitely look at Seybert's first for future orders.
