A friend of mine is about to purchase a new shaft aster. Does anyone know anything about these. Positive or negatives please. Thanks

My friend Jude Hammond (Shaft Master) has been doing work for me for years. It is amazing to watch him do his thing on such a simple piece of equipment. If your friend is going to do primarily tips, ferrules, cleaning, wraps and maintenance in a pool room environment, I highly recommend Jude's product. Not an expert by any means. Jude's booth at SBE, APA, BCAPL, etc. was one of the most frequented. JMHO.

Yes he will be doing basic simple things like tips and ferrules.

and

Yes I will be in erie with a slew of new cues! Please Bring some people who collect or need a new weapon!
