I've seen too many warped Predators to agree with this.

Roger, have you ever seen any new factory shafts that were warped? I mean right out of the box?
Obviously if you abuse a shaft it can warp. Any shaft. There's no arguing that point.

I bought a new 314 blank from Seyberts and had a cuemaker match the ringwork to a cue I had. It was warped horrible from day one and has nothing but get worse. They warp like anything else
I've owned several Predator shafts for almost fifteen years now and have yet to have one warp. I would suggest that you may not take very good care of your equipment.
As for their (Predator's) warrantee, I wouldn't either. Some dumbass is bound to leave his cue in the trunk of his car in a hot Los Vegas parking lot.
Now, I know that I have probably never had the opportunity to own many cues. After all, I only ran a Pro Shop for many years, as well as having been a dealer for almost all major production cues and several custom cuemakers, but I actually have had the opportunity to open a Predator shaft still in the package. As with most new cues, most of the Predator shafts were straight, but not all. Some had varying degrees of roll in them.
You might be right, it could simply be that I don't take care of my equipment, but then, I don't shoot with Predator shafts, either.
